Key Features of our
Automatic Lighting Systems
- Motion Sensors: These systems often incorporate motion sensors that detect movement within a space. When motion is detected, the lights automatically turn on, providing illumination as needed. Once the area is vacant, the lights will automatically switch off, reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
- Light Sensors: Some systems include light sensors to measure ambient light levels. When natural light is sufficient, the artificial lighting dims or turns off, optimizing energy usage and creating a comfortable environment.
- Smart Controls: Integration with smart home platforms allows users to control the lighting remotely using smartphones or voice commands. This feature provides flexibility and the ability to adjust lighting settings even when away from the premises.
- Timers and Scheduling: Automatic lighting systems often offer programmable timers and scheduling options. Users can set specific times for lights to turn on or off, aligning with daily routines and maximizing energy efficiency.
Benefits for users:
- Energy Efficiency: Automatic lighting systems help conserve energy by ensuring lights are only in use when necessary. This not only reduces electricity bills but also contributes to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly setting.
- Convenience: Visitors benefit from the convenience of not having to manually operate light switches. Lights automatically respond to their presence, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Enhanced Security: Automated lighting can enhance security by deterring intruders. Motion-activated lights can startle potential trespassers and illuminate outdoor spaces, making the property less attractive for unauthorized activities.
- Customization: Users can personalize their lighting preferences through smart controls. Whether adjusting brightness, setting specific ambiance, or creating lighting scenes, customization adds a personal touch to the environment.
- Improved Safety: Automatic lighting ensures well-lit pathways and rooms, reducing the risk of accidents or falls. This is particularly beneficial in commercial spaces, public areas, and homes with elderly individuals or children.
SmokE * butane GAS * temperature
Smoke, Gas and Temperature sensing systems.
Smoke and butane gas detection systems are designed to monitor and alert users to the presence of smoke or butane gas in a given environment, providing an essential layer of safety. These systems typically consist of sensors, alarms, and a central control unit. Here’s a brief overview of how clients can benefit from these systems:
- Early Detection and Warning: Smoke and butane gas detection systems are equipped with sensors that can quickly detect the presence of smoke or butane gas in the air. Early detection allows for timely warnings, giving occupants the chance to evacuate or take necessary precautions before the situation escalates.

How Alarm Monitoring Works...
Your security system has wireless WiFi/GSM capability that notifies you, your neighbor’s, police, fire service in the event of an emergency. When an alarm condition occurs, your security system automatically notifies you and the designated people via email and  SMS text messages periodically.
Upon receipt of the email and/or text messages, the designated recipient can then use their Smart-phone to disarm the system remotely through the eSensor Smart-Phone App or vi appropriate s.m.s text commands to the remote control panel. Alternatively the system can be disarmed at the client location with an optional contactless smartcard or a wireless key fob.
Why Monitor Water Consumption Closely...
Water scarcity is a recognized global problem, with demand for water projected to exceed supply by 40% by 2030. By the same year, half the world’s population will be living in areas of high water stress.
We all have a moral imperative for addressing our water usage. Cost is a clear factor: water can easily accounts for 10% of utility bills in most residences and businesses. According to extensive research, buildings that employ the use of smart water flow and efficiency devices can reduce the amount of water they consume by up to 50% compared to establishments that don’t monitor usage of the resource which ends up in wastage and very high utility costs.
Water is now a scarce resource around the world so homes and businesses have a responsibility not to use more than necessary. We can all do our bit by using simple yet effective devices like smart water flow meters and tank level monitors to help manage our water resource more efficiently.
